In your future position in Taufkirchen with our client, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, you will be responsible for performing pension accounting taking tax and social security regulations into consideration, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Determination of pension credit from the P3 (occupational pension) or from pension rights resulting from various old pension schemes in accordance considering advance or late pension payments
  • Recording and reporting of social security data
  • Review and assurance of the correctness of recorded data and payroll results in respective DV tools
  • Introduction of changes and their review and acceptance
  • Implementation of key user functions
  • Management of standard correspondence with creditors, lawyers, authorities, associations and social insurance institutions
  • Explanation of payment options from the P3 (= pension scheme) and taking into account the effects of fiscal, social and inheritance law
  • Preparation of documents for the scan provider

Requirements

  • Vocational training in human resources
  • Sound professional experience in personnel administration and payroll accounting required
  • Knowledge of occupational pensions advantageous
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR
  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English
