We are looking for a Contract Manager for our customer ArianeGroup GmbH in Bremen. In your future position you will be responsible for supporting contract executions by managing commercial and contractual matters from signature until the delivery of the product/service. This position is limited because of a parental leave replacement.

Task description

  • Leading the development and negotiation of the commercial parts of the contractual documentation
  • Supporting sales and project management office during the different phases of the acquisition process in any commercial and/or contractual topics
  • Enforcing the sales purchase agreements/contract including main milestone/related payment management and in close alignment and agreement with finance, legal and other specialist functions
  • Supporting the monitoring of the customer obligations throughout the sales contract and associated changes along the contract life cycle
  • Preparing commercial proposals and contracts translating internal (financial, cost engineering and technical departments) and external requirements into bids and ensuring compliance checks and export clearance applications
  • Ensuring claim and waver management
  • Negotiating remedial actions to ensure agreements and avoiding disruptions

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics or legal sciences
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in contract management
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent command of German and English as well as basic French skills
  • CV´s in German and English are required
