Preparation of customer arrival in cooperation with worldwide Airbus departments and authorities
Booking of hotels and transport as well as ensuring the availability of required documents
Ensuring the flow of information to the Airbus departments involved and to external interfaces
Responsibility for the functionality of offices and technical equipment as well as customer care
Support of the customer in matters with German authorities
Manage and control budgets for assigned tasks and interface with external suppliers.
Completed studies preferably in the field of communication sciences
Several years of professional experience in customer service
Fluent in German and English
Further language skills advantageous
Driving licence class B/3
