Task description

  • Contact person for all operational issues in customer service
  • Clarification of customer inquiries regarding the order
  • Processing of customer complaints
  • Performance of all administrative activities
  • Preparation of evaluations and overviews for customer services 
  • Performance of special tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent command of German and good English skills
  • A team-oriented and independent way of working should round off your profile
