We are looking to recruit an employee in customer service for the area of repair management for our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Fuhlsbüttel, Hamburg. In your future position you will be the link between repair and exchange requests as well as the contact person for commercial questions from customers and internal/external repair shops.

Task description

  • Guaranteeing the administrative repair and order process

  • Management and monitoring of customer repair orders

  • Communication partner for the repair stations

  • Deadline coordination of repair orders

  • Customer communication at order level (order management, customer care)

  • Optimisation and modification of processes


  • Degree in business administration or logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of customer service, logistics and sales
  • Expertise in order management within aviation advantageous
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Business-fluent German and English
