Task description

  • Support in the development of processes and methods for the production of carbon fibre reinforced plastics

  • Supervision of the production process of series production

  • Planning and monitoring of production trials for the introduction of alternative materials

  • Analysis of technical production problems during testing of materials as well as definition, initiation and tracking of shutdown measures

  • Detection of quality deviations and initiation of corrective measures

  • Approximation of new methods and processes in the international framework

  • Management of interfaces to other departments, e.g. production, engineering and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Degree in aircraft construction, aerospace or composite materials / composites

  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production as well as in aircraft construction

  • First experiences in project management

  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering an advantage

  • Knowledge of working with carbon fibre reinforced plastics

  • Fluent in German and English
