Task description

  • Supporting of the engineering for the platform system components for Harness, Power, Onboard Data Handling and AOCS
  • Interface function for customer and suppliers for all ELSYS subjects
  • Analysis of applicable high level requirements
  • Taking over the flow down of above requirements to functional chains and subsystem electrical requirements
  • Definition of the electrical architecture of the spacecraft platform
  • Managing of the electrical interfaces and the General Design and Interface Requirements document (GDIR)
  • Responsibility for the Co-engineering with suppliers
  • Coordination of the relevant design and Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test (MAIT) activities at supplier level
  • Supporting the project team members and other disciplines for ELSYS matters as well as relevant operations and Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities at system level
  • Contribution to the related internal and external research and development as well as improvements and standardisation initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or electrical engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering
  • Very good knowledge in hard- and software design
  • Fluent German and English skills (English CV is required)
  • Technical understanding completes your profile
