Become the new Development Engineer at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth and support the Ground Handling team. You will get an overview of the complete helicopter, from dynamic systems to structure and interior and exterior equipment and will mainly work on the H135/H145/NH90/Tiger programs.

Task description

  • Support of the team in GSE activities, ground handling and development of ground functions as well as ground service equipment (special tools)

  • Development of mechanical tools for series and prototype helicopters as well as support of products

  • Repair and maintenance tasks

  • Preparation and release of technical specifications

  • Organization of GSE validation tests on series and prototype helicopters (test preparation, execution and result analysis)

  • Assistance in the completeness and harmonisation of the technical documents supplied

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or mechanical engineering 

  • Alternative qualification as a technician with many years of professional experience in product development

  • Many years of professional experience in engineering 

  • Knowledge of the product safety law and CE directives is desirable.

  • Good handling of the programs CATIA V5, VPM , Winchill and SAP

  • Very good knowledge of German, fluent knowledge of English or French required
