Task description

  • Recording and analysis (based on manufacturer information) of the storage materials in the system

  • Permanent control of materials and timely initiation of storage-maintaining measures

  • Activation of all associated postings

  • Creation of quality notifications for variances

  • Coordination with the Centre for Technical Quality Management, the Quality Assurance and Design Departments as well as with the customer

  • Tracking open topics

  • Preparation of storages-relevant topics for the cost auditor

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as logistics specialist or with focus on supply chain

  • Additional qualification as master craftsman, technician or business administrator is desirable

  • Several years of experience in the areas of manufacturing/production and IT/information systems

  • Experienced handling of MS Office and experience with SASPF

  • Fluent in German and English
