In your future position working for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, you will be responsible for performing first-sample tests, as well as repeat tests after removal of deviations.

Task description

  • Inspection of the state of construction for compliance with the development specifications as well as client and approval requirements
  • Performance of test activities within the framework of the EP admission as well as implementation of fault elimination measures
  • Detection and assessment of implications, such as remaining and subsequent work
  • Clarification of problems for construction sites or the whole aircraft by fine-tuning capacities
  • Preparation and performance of functional tests and ground test instructions (GTI) as well as troubleshooting and fault rectification
  • Inspection of the work in the area, as well as entry of measured values in GTI
  • Preparation of mechanical components at the construction site, work station and machine space to order
  • Preparation, tracking, clarification and feedback on complaints


  • Vocational training in the area of aircraft mechanics
  • Qualification as a self-auditor necessary
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production as well as in aviation mechanics
  • Experience in quality assurance and with Airbus
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Knowledge of ARP, IRS and Care advantageous
  • Class B/3 driving licence
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to work in shifts in a 2-shift rota as well as to go on business trips to Hamburg
