Task description

  • First contact person for IT matters of the employees and coordination of problem solving.

  • Support in the provision of IT hardware

  • Troubleshooting and support in case of technical malfunctions

  • Error analysis and troubleshooting in the hardware and software environment

  • Creation and maintenance of user accounts for the company and in customer networks

  • Responsibility for software distribution and patch management


  • Completed IT training

  • Several years of professional experience in a Windows environment, e.g. with Windows Server 2012 or 2016, ActiveDirectory, MSSQL, SCCM and O365

  • Previous experience in IT support and ticket systems, e.g. with osTicket, JIRA, OTRS

  • Experienced handling of Cisco or HP networks

  • Fluent German and good English skills
