First contact person for IT matters of the employees and coordination of problem solving.
Support in the provision of IT hardware
Troubleshooting and support in case of technical malfunctions
Error analysis and troubleshooting in the hardware and software environment
Creation and maintenance of user accounts for the company and in customer networks
Responsibility for software distribution and patch management
Completed IT training
Several years of professional experience in a Windows environment, e.g. with Windows Server 2012 or 2016, ActiveDirectory, MSSQL, SCCM and O365
Previous experience in IT support and ticket systems, e.g. with osTicket, JIRA, OTRS
Experienced handling of Cisco or HP networks
Fluent German and good English skills
