In joint projects you will assist in working effectively in the design of open-source-based ERP solutions. Since mid-2015 manaTec GmbH has been offering skills in the fields of Odoo consulting and development, project management or BI consulting and IT support. With the goal of adapting management software to in-house business processes you will help companies to regain their own control and influence on company development.

Task description

  • Planning and implementation of measures for eliminating disruptions as part of 1st and 2nd level support
  • Communication with customers and users by telephone and in on-site support
  • Securing user support on-site and remote
  • Preparing service interventions by the external service technicians
  • Installation of operating-system and user software and also subsequently instructing the users
  • Recording, tracking and evaluating the processes in the system


  • Degree in computer science; alternatively, completed professional training in the IT industry with pertinent professional experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7 Client and Servers 2008/2012 as well as with Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Knowledge of servers in IP telephony
  • Professional expertise in using hardware
  • Skilled in the use of User Help Desk
  • Independent and structured approach to your work completes your profile
