We are looking to recruit an employee in electronics manufacturing in Taufkirchen for our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for the development of new production process together with the Engineering department.

Task description

  • Preparation of material, tools and machines, e.g. input of parameters
  • Machine equipment and monitoring as well as fault rectification in the event of a malfunction
  • Implementation of laboratory orders and series production for machines for the production of solar cell assemblies on automatic welding and bonding machines as well as for machines for module production (automatic welding machine)
  • Development of new production processes together with the Engineering department, e.g. new welding processes or new materials
  • Preparation for series production, including automation
  • Manual welding of head and foot connectors
  • Responsibility for initial quality control of the produced parts
  • Documentation of the work carried out

Requirements

  • Vocational training in a profession involving electronics or metal processing, such as an industrial mechanic, electronics engineer or mechatronics engineer
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing and production
  • Experience in manufacturing in the aerospace industry desirable
  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English
  • Craftsmanship and creativity should round off your profile
