Task description

  • Take over 1st + 2nd level IT support in the service desk and ensure smooth operation of the IT service desk.

  • Ticket acceptance with subsequent support in finding solutions

  • Support in the provision of IT hardware

  • Trouble-shooting/support in the event of technical faults and error analysis/rectification in the hardware and software environment

  • Creation and maintenance of user accounts for your own company and for customer networks

  • Software distribution and patch management as well as support for internal projects as required

  • Creation of documentation and reports


  • Completed training in the IT area

  • Several years of work experience in a Windows environment

  • Experience in IT support and handling ticket systems

  • Sound knowledge in dealing with Cisco or HP networks

  • Knowledge with the monitoring of system components

  • Very good knowledge of German and English
