We are looking for an IT-savvy and efficient Employee in the area of Procurement, Project & Ordering in Hamburg, who meets the challenges of our customer Airbus Operations GmbH with innovative and creative ideas.

Task description

  • Creation and updating of commercial serial orders as well as orders for Outstanding Work, repairs and non-serial topics.

  • Establishment and maintenance of contracts in German and French SAP R/3 as well as Airbus Resource Planning (ARP)

  • Tracking of orders in AirSupply as well as checks and clarifications of incoming goods and price differences

  • Comprehensive project support, e.g. for the introduction of ARP

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the fields of industrial engineering, business administration or economics

  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, marketing and sales as well as with IT/information systems

  • Very good knowledge of SAP is desirable

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Advanced French language skills advantageous
