For our customer Premium AEROTEC GmbH we are looking for an Engineer for Building Industry in Nordenham. Take over project responsibility in the future with a large portion of commitment, flexibility and persuasiveness. We are looking forward to your application

Task description

  • Project management of all civil engineering issues regarding new buildings, conversions and renovations

  • Support of plant design as well as technical assistance during tendering and contract negotiations

  • Takeover of construction management and documentation including warranty tracking

  • Creation of schedules and coordination with the specialist departments with regard to production planning

  • Performance of expert inspections in accordance with the Water Resources Act (WHG)

  • Coordination of safety and health tasks

  • Preparation of presentations

Requirements

  • Completed studies in (civil) engineering, project management construction or architecture

  • Several years of professional experience in construction management, civil engineering, project management

  • Secure handling of MS Office

  • Business fluent German and experienced English

  • Assertive personality with a high degree of initiative
