We are looking for a Engineer for Electronic Technologies for our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Taufkirchen. In your future position you will be responsible for the introduction of new technologies.

Task description

  • Taking part of the introduction of new technologies into the field of electronic assemblies and ensure the definiton and the execution of the technology qualification plan
  • Preparation, placing orders and scheduling with the production and quality team the assembly of the test vehicles
  • Carrying out the environmental tests (mechanical, electrical and thermal) according to the qualification plan
  • Reporting regularly and managing any technical and programmatic issues in coordination with the team leader and other contributors
  • Collection, analysing and documentation all results and editing a summary report with a clear statement with regard to the acceptance criteria, with the support of the experts of the domain
  • Support the project teams for the evaluation of needs in technology qualification and for the preparation of any review with internal or institutional customers 


  • Studies in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering
  • Knowledge of electronic components and technologies is required
  • Good knowledge of the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS) and military standards (MIL) for qualification of electronic assemblies is required 
  • Good knowledge of MS OfficeF
  • Fluent Germand and English skills
  • Willingness to travel
