Task description

  • Execution and supervision of research and development tasks as well as qualification of lacquers and organic coatings

  • Evaluation of technical properties of newly developed paints and coatings using surface tests

  • Definition of test programs and requirements for product development as well as creation of technical reports

  • Preparation and definition of technical specifications for material development

  • Support in engineering, production and service questions in the field of surface technologies

  • Application of wet chemical surface treatments

  • Development and testing of textured coatings


  • Degree in chemistry, physics or engineering

  • Several years of professional experience in engineering

  • Good knowledge in project management as well as surface and material testin

  • Experience in the field of organic coatings and lacquers, surface analysis and surface/lacquer tests advantageous

  • Advanced German and business fluent English skills

  • Structured and independent working method
