Use your expertise to give tomorrow's technologies a head start, here and now, working in Hamburg as an engineer in change and lean management in Bremen at our client Airbus Operations GmbH and meet challenges in the area of shop floor with your ambitious and innovative approach.

Task description

  • Integrated strategic planning and coordination of the implementation of lean methods as well as sustainable, continuous improvement of the work system
  • Planning, preparation, organisation and moderation as well as follow-up including documentation of workshops involving relevant areas and persons in each case
  • Preparation of cross-plant and cross-divisional process assessments and suggestions for improvement
  • Development of improvement potentials for processes, procedures, sequences, methods and activities
  • Production and tracking of tactical implementation plans (TIP) as transfer guidelines or recommendations for action as well as economic feasibility studies
  • Management of implementation projects and monitoring of sustainable safeguarding of optimisation measures in processes, procedures and production sequences
  • Identification of deviations from the established standards and further development of tools and methods
  • Coaching and consulting for "dealing with lean" as well as knowledge transfer of lean methods, principles and tools

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, preferably in aerospace
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in lean/quality management, 2 years in change management and 1 year in project management
  • Knowledge of lean methods required
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Assertiveness as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working should round off your profile
