Add to your list of professional accomplishments as an equipment electrician on the A350 and realise your visions with ARTS. In your future position in Hamburg at our client Airbus Operations GmbH you will be responsible for the installation of electrical components, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Preparation of electrical components in accordance with the job at the construction site or workplace
  • Installation of electrical components and parts such as cable bundles and brackets by means of labelling, armouring, laying, connecting, assembling, packaging and soldering
  • Adjustment of electrical components for equipment panels, circuit boards and sections, as well as torquing and securing them
  • Performance of ground tests, fault-finding and other electrical tests on components as well as subsequent fault repair
  • Documentation of work and complaints

Requirements

  • Vocational training as aircraft electronics engineer, alternatively in another profession involving electronics with relevant job experience
  • Several years of experience in the area of electrics as well as manufacturing, production and aircraft construction
  • Airbus experience required
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Class B driving licence
  • Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
  • Willingness to work in shifts in a 2-shift rota as well as to go on business trips to Hamburg
