As Head of Customer Service, you will take over complete control and supervision of your area of responsibility in the individual branches.

Task description

  • Management and standardization of corporate standards

  • Ensuring a high quality of service through direct cooperation with the coordinators

  • Development, implementation and controlling of management processes

  • Reporting to headquarters

  • Budget planning and target setting in close cooperation with the sales department

  • Introduction of the branches to the budget targets and monitoring of progress

Requirements

  • Completed studies, e.g. in the field of transport and logistics or (project) management

  • Many years of experience in the management of company branches

  • Practical knowledge of value management and the introduction of organisational culture

  • Experience in the transport-forwarding logistics sector is an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of the Russian language

  • Willingness to take frequent business trips
