For our customer we are looking for a Quality Management Representative in Kodersdorf near Görlitz. In your future position, you will be responsible for setting up and documenting a QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9100. Among other things, you will be responsible for adapting the system to changing objectives, organizational structures and the status of legal requirements while taking corporate policy into account.
Coordination of all activities described in the management manual and initiation of suitable training courses on the QM system.
Planning and assurance of regular quality audits to check the effectiveness of the QM system
Reporting of the system as well as analysis and introduction of optimization measures to improve quality procedures and methods
Enforce the introduction of these procedures in area management to ensure appropriate and coordinated measures for error detection and prevention.
Preparation, modification and distribution of the documents for the QM system, including procedure/process manual in cooperation with the specialist departments
Optimization of quality procedures and methods as well as cooperation in corresponding quality promotion programs
Professional representation of the management at external certification bodies, professional associations and quality concerns at customers and suppliers
Several years of professional experience in the job-relevant sector
Aerospace experience is an advantage
Very good knowledge of measure controlling
Experienced handling of SAP and special software for process design and presentation
Good knowledge of German and English
Team player with high assertiveness and goal-oriented way of working
