For our client we are looking for a HR Admin in Munich! In the future, you will be responsible for processing entries and exits, including the preparation of certificates.
Processing of general administrative activities, e.g. personnel master data maintenance and vacation administration
Preparation of contracts, contract amendments and certificates
Preparation of documents for the on- and off-boarding process
Support of the entire HR team in day-to-day operations and projects
Contact person for employees with personnel-relevant questions
Completed commercial vocational training
Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources or great interest in human resources work
High integrity, discretion and absolute reliability
Experienced handling of MS Office
Good knowledge of English and German
International working environment
Home office possible on individual days
Good connection to the suburban train (within walking distance)
