We are looking for a HR Administrator for our customer RUAG Aerospace Structures GmbH in Gilching. In your future position you will be responsible for the departments in employee processes, such as hiring, transfers, departures, or changes in remuneration.

Task description

  • Preparation of regular personnel actions, such as performance appraisals

  • Formulation of certificates

  • Support for topics such as university marketing, continuing education and company integration management

  • Preparation of employment contracts, initiation of reports to the works council and coordination of responses

  • Providing information on internal and external regulations

  • Contact for authorities, works council and applicants

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training

  • Professional experience in human resources is an advantage

  • Experienced handling of MS Office

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

  • Advanced knowledge of German and English
