Task description

  • Administration of personnel-related data, incl. recording and maintenance in appropriate systems

  • Preparation of documents, such as contracts and standard letters

  • Analysis and forwarding of risks and initiation of possible countermeasures

  • Correspondence in German and English

  • Support of the team in day-to-day business and cooperation in projects

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of personnel, alternatively commercial vocational training, etc.

  • First professional experience in personnel administration

  • Sound knowledge of individual, works constitution and employment law

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

  • Fluent in English
