Task description

  • Creation and maintenance of master, time management and payroll data

  • Implementation of personnel measures and processing of all special transactions

  • Preparation of payroll accounting for different working time models and remuneration methods

  • Examination of the tax and social security liability of compensation payments, grants and benefits in kind

  • Processing of specialist issues such as attachments and conversion of remuneration

  • Providing information to external bodies such as authorities, social security institutions and issuing certificates

  • Advising employees, HRBPs and managers on legal, collective and company regulations

  • Cooperation in small and sub-projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a personnel officer or alternatively a commercial apprenticeship

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting and personnel administration

  • Experience in the preparation of contracts

  • Advanced knowledge in handling MS Office

  • Business fluent German and experienced English

  • Organisational talent with team spirit and strong communication skills
