Expand your professional success as a Human Resources Specialist and realize your visions together with ARTS. In your future position in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel at our customer Lufthansa Technik AG, you will be responsible for order tracking with external service providers and the implementation of HR line organization.

Task description

  • Processing of feedback on HR processes in IQmove in coordination with HR experts

  • Preparation and follow-up of the HR process circle

  • Creation and maintenance of documentation, statistics and presentations

  • Processing of orders including checking the invoice

  • Planning and organization of meetings

  • Budget planning and budget tracking

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship

  • Good knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships

  • Experienced handling of SAP

  • Fluent German and good English skills

  • Team player with a high level of initiative and organizational skills
