In your future position working in Donauwörth for our client, Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, you will be responsible for troubleshooting systems, equipment and helicopters, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Regular or non-regular maintenance of flying aircraft; maintenance schedule. Repair process. Components, assemblies and parts with assembly methods

  • Execution of disassembly, inspection, test and assembly as well as integration of aircraft components on which maintenance and repair work is carried out 

  • Responsibility of regular or unscheduled maintenance as well as iInspection of aircraft parts and airline activities for tests and inspections 

  • Integration of components, assemblies or parts for the body of the helicopter

  • Performance of quality control at the first level - use of manual tools or machines for fitting and assembling parts

  • Structural repair and system repair activities as well as assembly and disassembly activities

  • Carrying out pre- and post-flight inspections as well as all plannable maintenance events on mechanical helicopter components, flight control, hydraulics, tank system and dynamic systems with the support of military staff

  • Fault analysis and troubleshooting as well as confirmation of the measures carried out in the military documentation, such as logbook and work order

  • Elaboration of suggestions for improvement and maintenance of SASPF data in the approach area

Requirements

  • Training as an aircraft mechanic in the area of maintenance, vehicle mechanic or mechanic
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of helicopter mechanics, maintenance and repair
  • Additional qualification or at least ATN 6 / 7
  • Knowledge of military maintenance procedures, processes and documentation
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English
