In your future position with the Reward Operations Team at our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Bremen you will be responsible for all general and specific administrative, payroll and time management tasks in your particular support area.

Task description

  • Carrying out personnel tasks, e.g. recruitment, transfers and resignations
  • Developing and maintaining master data, time management and payroll data
  • Creating documents as part of defined administrative processes and creating certificates
  • Supporting the payroll accounting process
  • Dealing with special tasks plus examining the data produced and payroll results, incl. analysing and correcting errors
  • Advice and information for staff, HRBPs and executives concerning the applicable legal, tariff and operational regulations in general and specific matters of personnel administration, payroll accounting and time management
  • Phased collaboration on small and sub-projects and special topics


  • Completed commercial vocational training in human resources
  • At least three years of professional experience in human resources
  • Confident user of SAP, especially the HR module
  • Fluent German and good knowledge of English
  • Independent and organised approach to work
