In your future position in Hamburg with our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, you will be responsible for the content-related and functional testing of staff requisitions in cooperation with HR business partners and the specialist departments, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Inputting RFP data into a database as well as passing on and exchanging RFP data with FIRST on-site management
  • Establishment of classifications for new temporary staff
  • Function as an interface with FIRST on-site management for matters such as certificates of good conduct, customs declarations, checklists for company property, assessment sheets or escalation lists
  • Completion of material orders and room bookings for introduction events for new temporary staff
  • Recruitment of technical interns
  • Implementation and monitoring of organisational changes and internal and external corporate hiring agencies
  • Creation of monthly reports using Excel and Powerpoint as well as the preparation of presentations as required

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in human resources and project management
  • Confident user of MC Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point as well as basic knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Communications skills and assertiveness as well as a careful and conscientious way of working would complete your profile
  • English CV required
