We are looking to recruit for an administrator in personnel administration in Hamburg for our client, Airbus Operations GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for the processing of special operations, e.g. tariff increases, one-time payments and wage maintenance amounts.
Establishment and maintenance of master data, time management data and payroll data as well as documentation of all payroll account documents in accordance with legal retention periods
Implementation of personnel measures, e.g. recruitment, transfers, contract changes and resignations
Preparation of payroll accounting with different working time models and remuneration methods as well as billing regarding pension rights
Calculation of allowances, bonuses and other remunerations
Verification of tax and social security obligations for compensation payments, allowances and benefits
Processing of correspondence with care recipients, health insurance funds and authorities as well as of subject-specific issues such as seizures and deferred compensation
Provision of information to external bodies such as authorities, or health insurance companies as well as the preparation of certificates.
Advice and information for staff, HRBP and executives concerning applied legal, tariff and operational regulations in general and specific matters of personnel administration, payroll accounting and time management
Commercial training, e.g. as a human resources specialist
At least 2 years of professional experience in human resources as well as in payroll accounting
Confident user of MS Office and SAP/R3 HR
Fluent command of German and English
