Task description

  • Processing of payroll-relevant transactions as part of employee support

  • Preparation of remuneration-relevant evaluations and ensuring data availability

  • Internal contact person for time management questions

  • Close cooperation with the responsible HR Business Partner and the external settlement center

  • Cooperation with external on-site management in the administration of temporary workers


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a personnel clerk

  • First professional experience in the areas of personnel processing and personnel management

  • Knowledge of tariff, tax and SV law is an advantage

  • Know-how in handling SAP R/3 HR and in-depth knowledge of MS Office

  • Experience with an ERP system is advantageous

  • Very good German and advanced English skills
