In your future position you will be based in Leipzig for our customer and, among other duties, will be responsible for resolving faults after maintenance and servicing work on the A300-600 and B757 aircraft in accordance with EASA part 145.

Task description

  • Planning all tasks for fault resolution
  • Fault resolution after maintenance and servicing work on aircraft models A300-600 and B757 in accordance with EASA part 145
  • Approval of maintenance work in conjunction with the technical department
  • Checking and analysing faults and error messages in accordance with maintenance instructions and manufacturer's specifications
  • Monitoring and documenting the work carried out
  • Responsibility for additional tasks as head of department, such as collating important information for service contracts and weekly planning

Requirements

  • Training as an aircraft mechanic in the area of maintenance or manufacturing technology
  • It is absolutely essential for the candidate to have several years' professional experience in maintenance and servicing of civil aircraft and also in the creation and planning of maintenance incidents
  • Possession of a valid AML in accordance with EASA Part 66 CAT B1/B2 with at least two current type ratings for the following aircraft models: A300-600, B757-200/300, B777 or B767
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and also TRAX and maintenance manuals is desirable
  • Willingness to work in shifts
