We are looking to recruit you as part of the French Volunteering for International Experience (V.I.E) programme. Are you between 18 and 28 years old and looking for an opportunity to gain international work experience? Then you've come to the right place. We are offering a deployment lasting up to 24 months at our German HR departments in Hamburg, Munich and Dresden. After your time on the volunteer programme at ARTS, nothing will stand in the way of your job as HR manager at our French subsidiary in Toulouse.

Task description

  • Active recruitment of new employees through contact via social media channels or during trade fairs as well as job and recruitment fairs
  • Organising and conducting job interviews as well as performance appraisals and development interviews
  • Collecting applicants' data in the respective tools
  • Preparing qualification profiles
  • Drawing up employment contracts, assignment instructions, assignment agreements, change agreements and terminations
  • Ensuring a smooth recruitment process, taking into account the completeness of the documents and records required for recruitment
  • Key contact person for external staff in the area of support regarding internal and operational matters
  • Preparing job references in cooperation with the legal department

Requirements

  • Completion of commercial training, enrolled student or graduate
  • Strong communication skills and sound experience in supporting highly qualified technical and commercial personnel
  • Good knowledge of German, business-fluent knowledge of English and French
  • Service and customer-oriented approach towards internal and external stakeholders combined with self-initiative and commitment
  • Open-mindedness and team spirit should round off your profile
