We are looking to recruit an IT specialist for hardware and software integration in Donauwörth on behalf of our client, Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).

Task description

  • Creating the courses in the LMS, directing the course participants to the courses, assigning rooms and teachers and managing the course participants
  • Ensuring all necessary user data is updated in the LMS
  • Administration of the LMS vis-a-vis compiling reports, creating email templates, administering the homepage and rights management
  • Ensuring data exchange between contractual partners and Cornerstone LMS
  • Installation of training materials on the web server which can then be forwarded to iPads via web applications incl. updates
  • Care for and testing of hardware as well as ensuring the WLAN connection is secure and troubleshooting performed
  • Contact person for course participants and teachers in respect of hardware and software problems
  • Management of training hardware vis-a-vis smartboards, multimedia projectors and training computers


  • Degree in computer science
  • Or, alternatively, vocational training as a specialist IT consultant with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience with IT/information systems and in project management
  • Experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems, in the operation of Apple iPads and in dealing with server applications and mobile applications
  • Know-how in the hardware field
  • Expert in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and database uses would be an advantage
  • Fluent command of German and English
