Task description

  • Preparation, programming and execution of medium to complex AITs as well as data acquisition
  • Assistance in the construction and commissioning of test stands as well as the preparation of the documents belonging to the test stand in accordance with internal specifications and standards
  • Participation in the design of the test stand software as well as in the realisation of the measurement data acquisition and the measurement data evaluation with format definition
  • Ensuring that all safety-relevant devices, processes, procedures, documents, guidelines and specifications are taken into account in the laboratory and on the test benches
  • Design of simple components in CAD/CATIA
  • Preparation of data for obtaining tenders
  • Technical support from suppliers to acceptance
  • Participation in discussions and meetings for coordination with participating authorities

Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering, or alternatively in the field of process engineering or physical systems
  • Knowledge of control engineering, hydraulic and thermal as well as measurement and regulation systems
  • Experience in the assembly of components and in handling hardware components
  • Knowledge of electrochemistry advantageous
  • Confident user of MS Office, AutoCAD and CATIA V4
  • Fluent command of English and good knowledge of German
  • High willingness to learn and affinity for programming should round off your profile
