Enhance your professional success as a Manager for Spares Package Services and realise your vision together with ARTS. In your future position you will be based in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH and, among other duties, will be responsible for establishing commercial offers regarding spares packages and ensuring adequate delivery.

Task description

  • Creating comprehensive offers for customized spares packages for management approval as well as quoting on customized spares packages and managing order acquisition and handling
  • Ensuring full customer support for the Provisioning packages, including internal follow-up of customer requests in coordination with all the departments involved in ordering and delivery activities until completion of the package delivery to the customer
  • Managing the end-to-end operations of packages as a result of package services development and in agreement with the project plan until the transition to Supply Chain is completed
  • Monitoring the supply chain flow of the package spare parts and closely coordinating any arising issues with the Supply Chain team
  • Specify and maintain the package dashboards to report on performance including root cause analyses if relevant
  • Consistently provididing high-quality responses to all customer requests related to Provisioning packages
  • Initiating and formalizing new ideas for competitive Provisioning products and services to strengthen the innovative position of Airbus and Satair on the market in line with the Airbus and Satair strategy, taking customer needs into account
  • Managing capability development for Provisioning knowledge as well as material management products and services


  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain and finance as well as 2 years in supplier management
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent English and basic German
  • Persistent and customer-minded work ethic as well as experience with cultural diversity round off profile
  • CV in English and German required
