Expand your professional success as a Material Planner in Aviation and realize your visions together with ARTS. In your future position in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH you will be responsible for the management of material supply and quality as well as logistics for repair projects.

Task description

  • Processing and follow-up of proper order management, including quotation, order and delivery

  • Securing all material requirements by assigning services and managing priorities

  • Identification, involvement and coordination of stakeholders across the organisation

  • Analysis and implementation of short-term optimization measures at project level

  • Coordination with the internal supply chain department as well as the logistics service provider for the implementation of special transports

  • Documentation of all work and processes in the corresponding accompanying documents

  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering, business administration or supply chain/logistics

  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, project management, supply chain/logistics as well as in the aerospace industry

  • Experience in Aircraft on Ground Support

  • Experienced handling of MS Office and first user knowledge in SAP

  • Fluent English and advanced German skills

  • Knowledge of French would be an advantage

  • Willingness to take occasional business trips

  • English curriculum vitae required
