For our customer Lufthansa Technik AG we are looking for a Clerk in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel. In your future position, you will act as a contact person for relevant interfaces. You will be responsible for tracking and checking cost postings for services and materials and preparing them for correct billing.
Processing, coordination, documentation and forwarding of customer requirements through to material availability
Preparation of cost estimates
Monitoring of deadline compliance as well as updating of data in the system and, if necessary, initiation of corrective measures.
Commissioning and documentation of clarification requests for modifications, material replacement, scrap handling, material procurement or return shipment
Processing and examination of warranty claims and complaints
Support in the preparation and organization of international customer visits
Completed technical or commercial vocational training
Several years of professional experience in customer service, aircraft maintenance and materials management desired
Knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships
Experienced handling of SAP R/3
Very good knowledge of German and English
Willingness to work at home and abroad
