We are looking to recruit a Materials Requirements Planner for new and serial production on the A330/A350 in Bremen for our client Airbus Operations GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for the organisation and management of production orders.

Task description

  • Preparation of work orders and reports
  • Control of components as well as planning of site dates and processing of additional requirements requests for production
  • Coordination of component relocations to Toulouse for further processing on site and all supplier relationships at home and abroad
  • Delivery monitoring and control of devices, components and large components taking into account requirements and stocks
  • Optimisation of customer and supplier processes taking into account deadlines, costs and quality
  • Professional advice including possible escalation in case of problems (risk management)
  • Cooperation in projects to optimise supply chain processes (material flow) between the partners involved (purchasing, supply chain, engineering and production)
  • Focal point for internal logistics and final assembly in Toulouse 


  • Engineering degree
  • In-depth knowledge in work preparation as well as in production planning and control
  • Practical experience in material planning or material procurement
  • Knowledge of missing parts management for production optimisation desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Experience with SAP PDA and PEA advantageous
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • A willingness to work in a two-shift rota should round off your profile
