Task description

  • Carrying out non-destructive materials testing on engine components with the penetration testing (PT) and magnetic particle testing (MT) procedures
  • Making a written record of and interpreting test results
  • Drawing up test reports
  • Carrying our cleaning operations and conserving the components

Requirements

  • Vocational training as a materials tester or, alternatively, in another profession involving metal processing with relative qualifications
  • Several years of job experience in materials testing at level 2 in the PT and/or MT testing procedures, and in line with EN 4179
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Willingness to do shift work and work at weekends
  • Strong quality awareness and precise working method
