For our customer we are looking for a Network Administrator IT Security in Hamburg and Bremen, who can convince with high IT affinity, team orientation as well as communicative abilities. Among other things, you will be responsible for the further development and administration of complex security systems. We look forward to receiving your application!

Task description

  • Expansion and optimization of central security facilities (firewalls, proxy, OS, IPS, AV, VPN, SIEM)

  • Ensuring efficient and smooth operation of network security systems through monitoring, automation, problem analysis, resolution and documentation

  • Securing and controlling network security

  • Advising our customers and specialist departments on network security issues

  • Collaboration in the preparation of requirement specifications as well as offers and decision documents

  • Management of sub-projects or smaller projects

  • Preparation of reports for management and contact persons for ISO 27000 audits

Requirements

  • Completed studies, ideally with a focus on information technology e.g. (business) computer science

  • Alternatively completed training with several years of professional experience in this field

  • Experience in network administration of complex infrastructures and sound knowledge of current network technologie

  • Knowledge of project management and ITIL-based operation of networks (Incident/Problem/Change Management

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • High analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills
