Add to your list of professional accomplishments as a Order Management Officer and make your visions come to life with ARTS. In your future position in Ottobrunn at our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH you will be responsible for processing offers and orders in SAP, among other things.

Task description

  • Preparation of orders and acceptance of orders for projects in "Supply & Repair Management" for spare parts deliveries and maintenance processing
  • Support of the In-Service Support project managers for radar and self-protection systems during offer preparation in the Sales & Distribution module (SD module) in SAP
  • Order creation in SAP and creation and monitoring of cost objects during maintenance processes
  • Processing of operations in the order module and in the maintenance management tool such as the IMT and CS modules from SAP
  • Commissioning of production or external subcontractors, including the purchase order for repair processes
  • Schedule and cost control for all processes in the field of activity
  • Preparation of invoices to customers at home and abroad as well as final reporting in German and English
  • Support in handling customer returns in IMT in warranty cases, retrofits and upgrades


  • Completed commercial training, or alternatively additional specialist qualification through further training measures or work experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the commercial field required
  • Experience in project work and in an international setting desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent command of German and very good knowledge of English
  • Communication skills and a solution-oriented and strategic way of thinking should round off your profile
