We are looking to recruit a personnel administration and payroll accounting consultant in Donauwörth for our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for implementing personnel measures such as hiring, transferring, changing contracts, leaving, etc.

Task description

  • Development and maintenance of master, time management and fee data
  • Implementation of payroll accounting with different working hours, working time models and remuneration methods
  • Calculation of bonuses, surcharges and other payments as well as processing of special operations (e.g. tariff increases, one-time payments, wage maintenance amounts)
  • Verification of tax and social security obligations of compensation payments, allowances and benefits
  • Examination of data and payroll results including fault analysis and fault correction
  • Administrative tasks relating to payroll accounting and documentation of all wage account receipts in accordance with the statutory retention periods
  • Correspondence and provision of information to external agencies (authorities, social security institutions, health insurance companies) and preparation of certificates
  • Information for staff, HRBP and executives concerning applied legal, tariff and operational regulations in general matters of personnel administration and payroll accounting


  • Degree or commercial commercial training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll and human resources work
  • Current knowledge of tax, social security and labour law required
  • Sound knowledge of SAP HR, experience with SAP HCM (payroll) desirable
  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English
