In your future position in Taufkirchen with our client, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, you will be responsible for the coordination of all global mobility processes and procedures involving all HR employees, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Supervision of and consultation with all employees (end-to-end) within the context of their international postings as well as offering support in the case of special problem situations
  • Processing of individual and collective needs linked to mobility, as well as leading advice and briefing discussions
  • Guaranteeing the delivery of contracts that are connected to foreign assignments
  • Coordination of task processing before and during foreign postings, such as relocation, language teaching or 'look and see' trips
  • Constant quality assurance to guarantee task completion relating to external service providers in guest locations
  • Advising HR and line managers regarding global mobility contract provision and procedures
  • Processing and optimisation of specific global mobility matters

Requirements

  • Completed economics degree with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of experience in human resources and aircraft construction
  • International experience is required
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Assertiveness as well as a confident and self-aware manner would complete your profile
