We are looking to recruit for a personnel officer in Hamburg for our customer, Airbus Operations GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for the support of mobility-related contract and compliance issues.

Task description

  • Support for posted and transferred employees for the entire duration of their mobility
  • Function as a central contact for escalation cases and management of the exception handling process according to the Global Assignment Policy (GAP)
  • Advice of HR business partners and managers in the preparation of cost estimates and decision-making, taking into account financial and legal issues
  • Execution of employee briefings on contractual framework conditions as well as mobility bonuses before the start of the assignment transfer
  • International expert support in the selection of the expatriates and the coordination between home and host country
  • Assurance that posted and transferred employees are informed about the impact of their international mobility on issues such as taxes, social security and pensions.
  • Provision of relevant KPIs and reports

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business management
  • At least three years of professional experience in human resources as well as an HR business partner
  • Sound knowledge of legal regulations for postings
  • Experience abroad advantageous
  • Confident user of SAP
  • Fluent command of German and English required, French is desirable
  • Structured working method, ability to prioritize and strong communication skills
