Expand your professional success as an engineer in the field of building and operating equipment and realise your visions together with ARTS. In your future position in Frankfurt am Main, you will be responsible for the preparation of routine operations for buildings and equipment for international Lufthansa locations at our customer Lufthansa Technik AG.

Task description

  • Responsibility for quality, delivery reliability and costs of the transferred work packages

  • Control of stakeholder management

  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and negotiations with internal and external suppliers

  • Assessment and support in the selection of service providers and service providers

  • Elaboration of the site-related maintenance strategy for the technical objects

  • Production and preparation of training materials as well as workshops with internal and external contacts

  • Planning of a legally compliant site operation taking into account the local requirements on the topic of operator responsibility for buildings and equipment

Requirements

  • Completed technical studies preferably in the field of industrial engineering and management

  • Very good interdisciplinary, basic technical knowledge

  • Good knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships

  • Ability to structure, dispose of and plan complex work processes

  • Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP R/3

  • Good German and advanced English skills are required and knowledge of Polish is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work at home and abroad

  • Class B driving licence
