For our customer Airbus Operations GmbH we are looking for a Plant Operator in Stade. In the future position you will be responsible for processing the upper and lower wing and fuselage shells. This position is limited until 31.03.2019.

Task description

  • Positioning and alignment of components on the system

  • Production of machine-made complex CFRP laminate structures and machine-cutting of single-layer CFRP laminates

  • Carrying out process-related adjustment work and monitoring the production process

  • Fault analysis and elimination as well as execution of maintenance work

  • Takeover of Springer activities, such as operation of identical systems with an extended range of components

  • Execution of all work according to construction documents and regulations

  • Exchange of information on the quality assurance organisation as well as presentation of the finished component to the operative testing personnel

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or machinist

  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production

  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry

  • Experience in dealing with CFRP desirable

  • Knowledge of CNC machining with 3D control advantageous

  • Good knowledge of German and basic English

  • Readiness for shift work in the 3-shift system
