Task description

  • Assistance in the development and optimization of chemical cleaning and pickling processes for engine overhaul

  • Review and harmonization of applicable product standards as well as manufacturer and customer specifications

  • Implementation and control of the results in the workshops

  • Preparation of approval documents incl. verification for in-house / OEM developments

  • Support in the elimination of production problems and alignment of the relevant documents

Requirements

  • Degree in materials science, chemistry, manufacturing, production or process engineering or similar

  • First work experience in project management

  • High expertise in the field of dry cleaning and pickling/etching applications

  • Knowledge of aerospace materials required

  • Experience in painting and passivating with chromic acid is desirable

  • Advanced English skills
