We are looking to recruit a process management coordinator in Sulzbach for our client Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH. In your future position, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising process flows.

Task description

  • Monitoring and managing the processing of open Trouble Tickets, initiating the escalation process in instances of urgent Service Level Agreement Breaches, and analysing Trouble Tickets
  • Analysing Service Level Measurement Results and initiating suitable improvement measures, including employee training, based on these results
  • Agreeing process targets and introducing suitable performance indicators, measurands and measuring devices
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining a performance indicator system
  • Coordinating process improvements as well as informing, motivating and training persons involved in processes
  • Managing processes within your remit according in accordance with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library
  • Creating and maintaining work instructions and building and maintaining a structured process database
  • Safeguarding process flows during planned and unplanned IT down time by preparing IT-independent workarounds


  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Experience in process and SLA management, with technical understanding
  • Confident user of MS Office and CRM and Trouble Ticket System
  • Knowledge of ITIL and VBA desirable
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Decisiveness and creativity should round off your profile
